TraceCrowd beta
Terms

The rules, short version.

By using TraceCrowd, you agree to these. Last updated .

What TraceCrowd is

An HTTP uptime monitoring service. You tell us a URL, we run checks, we tell you when something breaks. That’s it.

What you agree to

  • Only monitor URLs you’re authorised to monitor. Don’t use TraceCrowd to stress-test someone else’s site.
  • Don’t use the service for illegal activity or to harm anyone.
  • Don’t attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
  • Keep your account email and magic-link inbox secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

What we agree to

  • Run your checks on their configured schedule, best-effort.
  • Deliver alerts to your configured routes, best-effort.
  • Not sell your data. Not train models on your data. Not read your response bodies beyond the check itself.
  • Give you at least 30 days notice before any material change to pricing, retention, or deletion policy.

Beta specifically

TraceCrowd is in public beta. Free right now. Things may break. We’ll try hard not to lose data, but don’t use us as your only monitoring source for critical systems during beta.

Liability

TraceCrowd is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any 12 months is capped at what you paid us in that period (so, during beta: nothing).

Cancellation

Close the tab. Seriously — you can also delete your account from the dashboard, which removes your monitors, check results, and account record immediately.
